Anti-radiation tablets can be found by performing expeditions in the Wasteland and Pharmacy.


They can be used from the medicine cabinet.

green + symbol next to the health stat

One dose of anti-radiation tablets will cause a green + symbol to be displayed next to the character's health stat. As long as this symbol is present the character is immune to radiation poisoning. This immunity lasts 4 days in game.
